Information about you: how we use it and with whom we share it
The information you provide will be used by the University of Edinburgh to email you a link to your online certificate of completion. You can then print your certificate, or save it as a PDF document.
We hold your certificate of completion online, it includes your full name, the date and time you completed the resource, and the length of time you took. We will email you a link to your certificate, and then remove your email address from our records.
Sharing information
If you enter an ‘EMS Admin notification email address’ for your local EMS Admin on the next page, then your certificate of completion will be shared with your local EMS Admin.
We will hold the personal data you provided us for five years.
Automated decision making
We do not use profiling or automated decision-making processes. Some processes are semi-automated (such as anti-fraud data matching) but a human decision maker will always be involved before any decision is reached in relation to you.
